Airport hill in Jamestown New York held the most snow for the region.  There was a good 4-5 inches and it held just enough for us to have a good snowboard session.  This is the first shred session of the east coast for the 2007-2008 season.  I went and bought 2 ten foot corregated plastic tubes usually used in plumbing.  I got the idea from Mammoth Mountain Unbound park last year and wanted to bring this back to the home crew for some shredding.

sky in new york as the first snow falls of 07-08

Airport hill and it kind of looks like snowpark NZ, at least to me.  Then again I have never actually been there.  Anyway it was so awesome outside today.

November 6, 2007 marked the first snow and told the East Coast Snowboarders to prepare themselves.  Its going to be a good season on the East.

New York First Snow Fall of 2007-2008

The snow flakes were the size of ice cubes but fell as soft as feathers.  They piled up and made for a good shred session today.
