Steve Olson is a photographer from Jamestown New York. He has a trigger finger with a camera and the eye of a true artist. These two elements make for one all time photographer. An art show was held in downtown Jamestown Monday November 12th. It was a good time, alot of skating went down outside. I know Big Supa was doin it “SUPA BIG”, he is always killin it. A good little session in the hometown NY is always fun. Steve Olson himself ->

To the show, Steve had his photos displayed all throughout the venue, it was cool. He put them up by what looked like duct tape(not to sure if it was) but hopefully it didn’t damage his pics. Steve has a good variety of model shots, art shots, and SICK skate photos. The kind of skate photos I would like to see plastered all over skateboard revolution. Got to get him on that.

while in the show, Steve had a variety of music as well. Some acoustic guy (he was alright) but not the highlight. Yip Yip is a techno jam style group from Florida. They came and pleased everyone with some straight unique beats, and WILD attire. Black and white checkered backdrop with black and white checkered full body suits. S#&T was dope! These guys were a wild crew, and look at this pic I took of them, (at the same time I gave the crowd the glow stick show) JUST PLAYIN.

Back to the art. After the band got everyone all hyped up (and the venue renters kicked out) we spent more time peepin Steve’s pics. Again SICK! He has this company called Tonic Productions. They have a large robot mascott, it is super cool and he takes a bunch of unique shots with the tonic robot in the background.

All in all the show was a hit, the Jamestown locals, like Brittany and taylor above got to peep some really cool photos. big Supa did it SUPA BIG once again. we all got to skate downtown, and got the chance to hear Yep Yep they were sick. Cant wait untill Steve’s next show. Things like this and people like that make jamestown a dope place to live. You gotta love it.
