Todd Richards - Todd Richards, sponsored by Omatic Snowboards, Quicksilver, Nixon, DC Shoes, Spy Optics and Pro-Tec helmets, is one of the greatest snowboarders of all time. Todd can adapt to any type of terrain with style and control like no other. His style reminds me of a Chris Roach skate style. The first time I saw him was in Geneva Switzerland in 1992 with John Cardiel skating a halfpipe. I guarantee very few snowboarders can skate like Todd. Nowadays you can see him surfing at Beacons Beach, in any airport around the globe or shredding pow at Tyax Heli, British Columbia. Long life to one of the better attitudes on the snowboard industry!
Todd Working hard at Omatic. He showed me his new car Is INSANE
Having Tea with the man, not at panaking this time. Check how cool are the OMATIC pink stickers
Roan Rogers Type A snowboards - Roan Rogers is part of the Wonder Crew from back in the day that includes Nate Cole, Jeff Pettit, Jake Blattner and Dale Rehberg. Roan Rogers riding was very technical and had so much more style than anyone else. Even though he currently makes a living out of “the industry” I guarantee he can still ride Alaska “SPINES ” on a 149 type A snowboard. These days he lives in Tahoe with his lovely fiance. Be ready for his coming exclusive interview at Snowrev.com and remember, next time you see somebody hiking (No Ski-Doo back in the day) and making slow motion rotations at Donner Summit on a powder day, stop him and talk to him. You will learn of and be speaking with snowboard history. Long live to Roan Rogers and the Wonder Crew
How many people do you know who has a clue what is pacific drive?

I visited the new Pulp 68 shop in Geneva, Switzerland and it’s so sick! If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a store that combines skateboarding and snowboarding.
They choose to support the young talent in snowboarding and skateboarding, and have created their own teams to assist the shredders and skaters in finding budgets and sponsors so they can practice their activities without constraints.
It’s much more than just a shop; it’s a family, a place to hang out. It’s got a lounge area with old school McDonald tables to hang out and have a couple of drinks. It’s decorated with store owner Jim’s favorite skateboards, videogames, and old school sticker collections.
This is the shop section with the cool stuff for sale. Like those mini Nikes! You’ll find all kind of mysterious things to contemplate and buy at Pulp 68. And that’s Jim on the Photo. He is a good friend of mine. Say hi for me if you see him! He is cool!
Pulp 68 is much more than just a shop, it’s a family, a place to hang out, go check pulp68.com for more about the team, funny stuff, news, events and location of the shop! See you there.
Check in soon for another update from my travels! See more blogs at annefloremarxer.com
After dusting off the haze that accompanied the previous weeks Grenade Games, our crew got to session a pretty sweet park jump. Danny had been talking about this “eyeball” jump for months. I was having a hard time picturing it but upon arrival all questions had been answered. The thing was insane. Pete Colombo, park builder extordinaire from Mammoth, had taken Danny’s design and layed it out in snow the way few others could. Grenade cinematographers, Greg Wheelz and Jake Redness, decided to get all Picasso on us and painted the thing exactly like “The Boned Age” logo. The Session was good as Louie Vito, Danny Kass, Scotty Arnold, Tyler Flanagan, Sketchy D, Clint Alan, Chris Grenier, Cornell Agee and me shared some good times flying through the darkness onto what fealt like the infield of Dodger stadium. Shit was bright! Look for the footage in Grenade’s new video this September, “The Boned Age”. Gabe T
Snowracing Bc is a Blast……for sure is a very cool competition. Check here some of the pics our friend Tim Nelson, Omatic Snowboards and Celtek Riders sent to us. Hope you like, hope next year we can make a cool video with all this great riders and people.
Jake Blauvelt is a kid from Vermont. He is so good at snowboarding that he turned pro. Now its not just his life, its his job, too. He is an exemplary young man, with great balance. I have been riding (and following snowboarding) for 20 years, and over all these years I have had a few favorite riders. Farmer, Campos, KJ, Huffman, Rüf and now Jake, positively. Now that I write them down, I wonder what link they share, since they are all such different cats. Anyway, Jake rules, so I got him to do an interview, too. Read a little about him.
