Megan Centi is the youngest sibling in the Centi family. She is the little sister to Snowboard Revolution founder John Centi. These photos were taken yesterday while everyone is home for the Holidays. A good little photo set during the evening in New York.

No Photoshop on this picture. Megan Centi spinning the world around her.

Megan standing outside our house in Jamestown New York. The temperature was 10 degrees, can you feel the cold from the photo set?

Johnny here again. I want to share these photos with you. I took them last night in Jamestown New York just before a major lightning storm struck down. The photos are all real, the sky is real and the people are real. Bill Cooley and I are rocking Snowboard Revolution tee shirts in the photos.

The first photo is of Billy with some madness happening in the sky behind him. We did not use a flash and the light on Bill is from the Street lights at City Hall.
I framed this picture and had Billy Big Boss snap the photo. Thats me showing you where to focus your attention.

Billy Holding the moon in front of Jamestown High School. We both went to high school there.
Cant forget about the infamous rain shots.

Your time has expired. The main problem with the world is the never ending issue of time. Time will always continue. Always as the world keeps spinning, but what happens if the world stops spinning? The natural cycle of the earth will get out of order.
If this happens should the world continue with the established time tables we have or should we pick up on a new schedule based on new natural time tables? If anyone ever says “your late” tell them you are just testing out your new time table schedule in case the world spins slower or stops spinning in general. You may still get fired but think about the situation for a moment.

Johnny Centi here telling you a story through photos. I know this post belongs in our Phototheblog but I decided to place it here for the Crew. The first photo is of my dashboard and it portrays the madness of what life is like behind the wheel with me.

The second photo is the mad dash for the moon. The full moon was out and I was ready to see it. Here we go…Hyperspeed.

Ahh Solitude. There is something about the open sky that makes me feel like I am looking through a window to the truth of the world. All my thoughts and energy release to the sky and hopefully come back to me as either wisdom or a “dream come true.” I always send my respect to the sky and it feeds me everything I need. Capture that moment when you send your power to a greater power.

The sky had a crazy effect tonight and aren’t you glad I made the mad dash for the moon.

Enjoy.

This is an actual photo by John Centi.
Today while Annemarie and I were washing her car we noticed the most amazing bug. It was very little, about the length of your pinky nail and had the most amazing colors all over its body. I actually believe that this bug has a variety of every color in the spectrum. This bug looks like something out of the rain forest and was found in the driveway of my Western New York home. I am going to pull each color out of the bug piece by piece and offer them on KULER. Be on the lookout for it, and lets make this color scheme the most downloaded on Adobe. (more…)

This is a mini gallery of the girls. The following three pictures are of some of the coolest girls I have ever had the pleasure to hang with. They have played a huge roll in the development of Snowboard Revolution and you may have met them at SIA 07, if not we will be there in 08 so cruise on by the booth.

Photo 1 is Annemarie passed out on the couch rocking the super comfortable Mountain Woman t shirt. The shirt will be added to shop-revolution very shortly.
Chrissy getting a good laugh out, I can’t remember what was so funny but it was definitely a good moment to push the camera button. Priceless..

This is Suz, she is a very cool girl. Definitely essential to the crew.

I have to tell you, I never really noticed the detail in any of these photos until I truly opened my eyes. I was lucky enough to have a camera in my hand the moment I started to look into the detail of the things around me. One night at Annemarie’s house I cruised around with the camera after a good couple glasses of wine. Its funny, some wine acts as a hallucinogenic for me. I guess that could have something to do with why I took the following photographs. Enjoy… I guess you could call this art.
I never really noticed this painting before, and the reflection the statue has when the lighting is right.

Ahhh, the wine, and note the lack there of. One major factor in why I took the following pictures. View all. (more…)

Annemarie LoConti is a gifted and beautiful woman. She is an entrepreneur, law student and the most important ingredient of Snowboard Revolution. Today we had the pleasure of shooting a few photos of her wearing the apparel line by Snowboard Revolution. Check her out and recognize that she makes the wheels turn. She is even more beautiful in person.

Check Annemarie out. She is wearing the Revolution Eye t shirt designed by her sister Chrissy LoConti

Today Annemarie, Billy, Suz and I were covering day 1 of the AST Dew Tour Right Guard Open in cleveland Ohio. Just before the last skate park preliminary run the weather took a turn for the best and we were instantly caught in typhoon style rain. This made the opportunity for us to get these dope ALL WET photos. I have had dreams of taking pictures in the rain for a long time, and since this was my first day with a real camera in hands I had to take advantage. Enjoy

Billy The Kid.

Susan Iceman. Most likely the girl you will talk to when you call Snowboard Revolution.

Billy almost dry.

The Dew Tour skate course we had to run from.

Lonnie Kauk is a unique individual and the only way to truly understand what I’m saying is to meet him yourself. His positive outlook on life carries everyone around him to have a better day. His multi talented position on snowboarding and rock climbing will change those sports forever. He is pushing the limits of both; laying 13d routes on the rocks, and stomping new tricks while filming with Standard films on the snow. The following is a preview of the interview we are doing with Lonnie. This was gathered during a fifteen minute conversation while we waited before we went climbing the other day.

Here is a preview of an interview we are working on with Lonnie. The following was recorded during a conversation the crew had while chilling out in Mammoth.
SR: What are you are doing right now?
Lonnie: Constantly dreaming about the future but the past fuels me because it’s kind of been a long road for me, but its all fuel for the future. Now I have been to the spirit world and I realize life is just a dream and I can create anything I want to.
SR: What is going through your mind when you’re out on the hill?
Lonnie: When I am snowboarding, I feel like I’m a warrior going against all the voices that are trying to go against me. And when I’m at home I’m thinking about snowboarding and its like I am sharpening my blades to go into battle to go against all the voices that are out there going against me.

SR: Where you picture yourself a year from now?
Lonnie: I picture myself in every dream I have ever thought of coming true flashing before my eyes and suddenly be standing where I have been seeing myself this whole time, which is on my snowboard.
SR: What was your biggest accomplishment this season?
Lonnie: Realizing that I am an artist and that nobody does it like me. When I found this out it was very special.
SR: What about billy’s pink sugar cookies?
Lonnie: I think if we all change the way we eat, and the way we treat each other, we can reach a higher standard of living.
SR: What do you think about Snowboard Revolution?
Lonnie: I think snowboard revolution is the greatest thing that has hit snowboarding cuz they listen to people who love snowboarding.
SR:What do you enjoy doing when you are not snowboarding?
Lonnie: I love to rock climb and I love to close my eyes and dream about what I want to do, its like I am traveling through time, I cold close my eyes without leaving the house and travel all day.
